Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are a great way to have some fun and get in shape at the same time with a fraction of the cost of an individual personal trainer.

The people that attend Aim 4 Strength’s Group Classes are there to get serious about their workout, but are also there to meet new friends and socialize in a supportive environment. These classes will leave you feeling healthier after just the first 30 minutes. We are all on this road to a stronger life together; so why not have some travel companions along the way?

POUND® Fitness Classes

If you have ever wanted to be a drummer, this is the class for you. POUND® is an energizing cardio session using weighted drum sticks. In a POUND® class you don’t just hear the music, you actually jam with the music. It is a fun approach to getting excellent exercise and can help you burn up to 450 calories in a single 30-minute session. Your instructor, Julie Smith, is a POUND PRO® and can help you have fun while getting fit. Don’t know how to drum, no problem! We will teach you everything you need to know.

Boot Camp Classes

Boot Camp with Julie Smith focuses on functional body weight training. Which means you don’t need any equipment to get fit. Don’t be fooled, just because you are not pumping iron, that does not mean your muscles won’t burn during the session. You will burn fat and build muscle using proven techniques in a fun group setting. Everyone at the class is there for the same reason, and everyone is rooting for you. Beginners to experts welcome.
